About

In the course of over twenty years I have been an artist, writer, arts marketing consultant, lecturer, arts project manager, film director, book editor and arts board trustee. Clients include Tate, V&A, the Design Museum, Phaidon Press, Modern Art Oxford, Shape and Deafinitely Theatre.

Before parenthood, my main stock-in-trade was as published journalist with The Independent and Disability Arts Online. I also ran a grant-funded Deaf-led visual arts project, Salon, for five years.

I am the author of one e-book (My Daughter and I) and the director of two films: CODA (2011) and listen even when your heart is crying (2014). I currently practise fine line drawing.
