Last Friday night, I had the pleasure of seeing a mixed-media collage I had made of my daughter in the bathroom on Grayson’s Art Club (Channel 4).

Not only did the picture get crucial prime-time airtime, but the artist and presenter Grayson Perry also put it in his top three of the week.

I don’t know if this means the work will go in the accompanying exhibition that Mr Perry is also organising (the show’s producers don’t contact applicants unless he wants a video chat with them).

Nevertheless I am thrilled that my art has been featured and that he thinks highly of it. Thankyou Grayson!
